Having been a bodybuilder, wrestler, runner and other things, over the years I found as my schedule has become busy that losing weight and maintaining fitness has become harder and harder. When I say I have “done it all,” I really mean it. CrossFit, Boxing, Running, Kettle Bells, Weight Training … you name it. After spending decades exploring every kind of fitness and diet regime, here is the simplest and most effective method I have found to lose weight.

  1. Wake up very early. Sometimes with the help of a fractional dose of melatonin.
  2. Walk for 3 (or more) hours a day while fasting, drinking coffee
  3. Repeat 3–4 days a week

That’s really it. I have experimented with running and other methods. My experience is this just adds more complexity, recovery time. Simply doing a ton of walking while fasting and perhaps drinking coffee & coconut water gets it done. Losing weight doesn’t have to be complicated.
