Here is my roadmap for stuff to build going forward.

Movie Minter — 2024 Roadmap & Objectives

Now that the Movie Minter Prototype has been released, I need to next move on to ideas and thinking around how to advanced the idea further.

My personal feeling is the Movie Minter Prototype represents a completely new era in Generative AI Movie NFTs. Depending on how the technology progresses, I am expecting something similar to this to take off in the world of NFTs.

Here is a rough outline of a forward roadmap with milestones for Movie Minter:

Movie Minter Prototype v1 — December 5th, 2023

• Demonstrate core UI / UX functionality as a prototype
• Will be approaching content creators and NFT makers
• Sufficient to develop a video and gather feedback
• Some or all of the backend work is in place

Movie Minter Forward Roadmap 2024

• Movie Minter Client v1 — Mid to End of December
• Movie Minter Backend v1 — Mid to End of December
• Movie Minter Generative AI Film Festival with Major Partner (OpenSea or other) — Q1 2024
• Movie Minter Client v2 / v3 — Q1 2024
• By end of 2024: Kick start a $200B+ market cap wave of Generative AI MovieNFTs and revolutionize the NFT market forever (you read it here first)

By the end of 2024, I would hope 100% of Public Domain movies have been upscaled to 8k by Movie Minter or similar means. Or as a result of my work.

Feedback gathering, technical research, further prototyping, testing and validation of various client downloader and installer approaches, prototyping of a downloadable client will be ongoing.

My objective is to kickstart a Generative AI NFT Movie Making revolution by the end of 2024 worth hundreds of billions of dollars and creating thousands of multi-millionaire creators and dozens of startups worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

Celestial Assets Exchange (CAX)

I have documented the Celestial Assets concept here. My belief is that exotic financial instruments and AI-driven exchanges will proceed and drive investment in space exploration and ownership long before humans physically settle extraterrestrial bodies. For this reason, it is necessary to innovate DeFi x AI in order to create new categories of financial instruments capable of financing these advancements.

Here is a loose roadmap:

• Initial thought leadership (November, 2023)
• DeFi research (Developer APIs & Tools) — Locate a suitable platform for setting up and launching an AI-enabled exotic asset trading exchange capable of dealing in the necessary financial instruments — By end of January
• Celestial Assets Exchange Prototype v1 — January 2024
• Celestial Asset Derivatives Whitepaper v1 — Febryary 2024
• Celestial Asset NFT Whitepaper v1 — Febryary 2024
• Celestial Assets Exchange Prototype v2 — Q2 2024
• Development of Celestial Assets Exchange AI — Q1 2024

The AI and exotic financial instruments will need to be created to sustain this idea. I am still early in this project and need to do a lot of further research and validation, currently I believe that DeFi is the way to go and need to further investigate the current landscape of tools and APIs.

Tentative goals:

• $1 trillion in celestial assets listed for trade and actively traded by AI by the end of 2024

Celestial Assets will require significant innovations in:

• Realworld Assets
• Observers
• NFTs
• AI trading bots
• Exotic Financial Instruments and Derivatives

This will require thought leadership, prototyping, partnership and community building.

LLM-OS (Shoggoth OS)

Coming from a background in silicon, semicondutors and embedded systems. I am fascinated by the concept of a Fediverse / Federated / Decentralized P2P network. Shoggoth Network seems to have extremely strong potential if it is grown in the directions it can go and a proper community is built.

My objectives are as follows:

• Replace the concept of an Operating System altogether with a new form of operating system, perhaps a Shoggoth OS or other. Other P2P networks may come along, but Shoggoth seems to have potential

I want to completely disrupt Windows, Linux, MacOS by introducing a fediverse client powered by AI, LLMs that replaces the Linux Kernel, desktop OS, networking and creates a shared ecosystem of open source P2P compute swapping for training and inference. This article on Scaffolded LLMs really got my interest.

Here is a tentative roadmap:

• Outline a significant set of proposals, including research to propose to Shoggoth community around how to develop the platform into a P2P training x Inference network — November 2023 (done). I proposed to the Shoggoth community this direction in November.
• Outline a significant recommendation and research to inform the development of a Shoggoth OS (Universal Kernel). I made this proposal in the Shoggoth Community earlier today and produced this article (December 5th).

By Q1, 2024, I want the following to be true:

• Significant LLM OS research, community building, discussion, working group discussions, developers and perhaps even implementations demonstrating an LLM that takes over part, all or aspects of an OS and kernel.

By Q2, 2024:

• I want Shoggoth OS or a similar Fediverse application to be well underway towards demonstrating viability to replace Linux as an OS and installed and working on hundreds of devices
• Perhaps this is a mashup of Ollama, self operating computer and Shoggoth
• I would like to contribute significant design and research thought leadership to lay the groundwork for this

By the end of 2024:

• I want to have a completely viable LLM or AI based operating system that completely replaces the need for Linux, Windows or MacOS and is installed on hudreds of thousands or even millions of clients
• This network is powered by cryptocurrencies in some cases and offers users an unlimited method to get free training and inference on a P2P basis
• I would like the Shoggoth Network to break 1 million+ client downloads by end of 2024 as a result
• I would like to see hundreds of Generative AI movies being created by this network on a weekly basis by the end of 2024
• I would like to see Shoggoth OS running on single board computers, Raspberry Pi and NVIDIA Jetson as well as dozens of other platforms

Diety v1 — 2024

Currently I have been thinking about a prototype and design for a v1 AI network state, possibly run using P2P clients on something like the Shoggoth Network.

I can see an opportunity to build an AI Network State. I am still early in planning, my roadmap might look like this:

• End of January 2024: Deep-dive research and thought leadership, 3–5 articles on this topic and an initial design
• Q1-Q2 2024: A Prototype Network State v1 and Video plus blogs showing how it works

This will include:

• AI Juries
• AI communications, ecosystem building and intermediation
• AI driven voting
• AI judges
• AI elections
• A Network State UBI and Citizenship dashboard
• Citizenship NFT
• And more

I believe that Diety should be released as an open source demo and prototype plus thought leadership which solves as many of the core issues in democracy as possible and puts together the best practices.

Big objective:

• Diety live and running on 100K+ machines by the end of 2024
• Client prototype live and built by end of Q1
• Final client or GTM client by end of Q2
• More than $50M in assets trading or listed on diety clients by end of 2024

Other Projects

• Generative Electronics by Q2 2024
• Generative Robotics end-to-end experience by end of 2024 (including working Generative Robotics T-Rex prototype)
• Tendon driven robotics systems by end of 2024
• Metropolis and all Public Domain movies upscaled to 8K by Q2 2024
